About Amelia

Hey there! My name is Amelia, and I can't remember a time when I wasn't working with children. With 17 nieces and nephews, caring for kids has always been woven into my life. From church to schools to social work, I've consistently sought opportunities to mentor, teach, and support young people. I'm a passionate, nurturing caregiver who loves working with all ages. Teaching brings me so much joy, especially hands-on, experiential learning and outdoor exploration that sparks curiosity and creativity. I believe kids learn best when they're engaged, asking questions, getting a little messy, and discovering the world around them. With a background in social work, I deeply value children's emotional well-being and strive to create spaces where they feel safe, heard, and encouraged. I'm comfortable helping with schooling, transportation, scheduling, light housework, and cooking, and I enjoy working with littles through teens. I'd love to support your family!
