About Amelia

Hi, I'm Amelia! I'm a graduate student studying childhood education and child development here in the area. I obviously love working with children, and have really unlocked my own inner child since I started studying play and child development. I love to spend time outside, to draw and craft, and to read. Most of my time these days is spent in school either teaching or learning, or both at the same time. When I'm not in the classroom, I'm in the library; visiting friends across Westchester and NYC; or spending time with my cat Jiji or my leopard gecko Kiki. I'm happy to help with homework time, carpool, after-school activities, weekend outings, a chill day at home, and more. I have my own car and have never been in an accident or dented a car in my eight years driving. I also know how to install and uninstall most car seats, and usually keep my child lock enabled.
