About Amelia

I am a rising junior at the University of Alabama. I am majoring in Spanish Education for grades preschool through seniors in high school. This has allowed me to be involved in many schools and around children. I had the opportunity to intern in a Spanish classroom at a Magnet Middle school in Alabama. I also have been babysitting for 7 years from ages 3 months old to 13 years old. When babysitting, I have made dinner, done laundry, helped with school, and driven them to practice as well as their friends. I have also had an amazing opportunity to volunteer/be and aid in Target classroom ranging from ages 3 years old to 21 years old. During school, I have been part of UA Miracle which is a philanthropic organization where you raise money for Children's of Alabama Hospitals and get to meet and hang out with the kids we fundraise for.
