About Amelia

I am the eldest child of six, and have spent most of my life caring for my younger siblings. I have experience with children of any age, from newborn to around 13, though I prefer to deal with children who are at least 1-year-old. I have been certified in adult, child, and infant CPR and First Aid, though my certification has recently expired. I promise I haven't forgotten. But I'd be more than willing to get re-certified if it makes you feel more comfortable. Though I am new to this website and haven't had much formal (paid) experience with dealing with the children of strangers, I have often babysat for my neighbors and family. I love children, and can assure you that your child is in good hands. I'm just searching for the family that will allow me to get my experience going, and that I can eventually become a part of!
