About Amelia

I've always enjoyed animals, and the care of them. I was able to enjoy a year of learning experience through Academy's Veterinary Science program, where I learned how to groom, medically care for, and generally care for dogs, cats, and other common household pets. I also have experience from a 6 month long internship at a Vet Clinic, where I saw how the processes in a vet clinic worked firsthand, and helped out in restraining, cleaning, and calming of the animal patients - along with communication with the owners. With that professional experience, I do have my own pets at home. A dog, a cat, and a chinchilla, who I've learned how to care for over the years of ownership. I'm very detailed oriented, and learn fast! I love animals with all my heart, and will do my best to care for your little loved ones to the best of my ability!
