I've been learning how to care for children ever since my brother was born when I was 6- that's when I learned to change a diaper, and how to hold and feed an infant. In middle school I took a babysitter safety course for good measure, and started caring for 2 very high energy kids, catering to their active lifestyles; we spent lots of time outside. On the opposite side of things, also babysat regularly for 3 children who were difficult to feed and difficult to please (ages 3-9), and they ended up asking their parents if I could always be their babysitter :) Now, I'm volunteering at Rocky Mountain Village special needs camp, and get to hang out with all ages of kids, with all different types of personalities! Always up for the adventure of childhood; great at interacting with kids and being active alongside them!
