While living in Canada I worked for a government facility in the dementia unit before moving to the United States and marrying my husband, who is a Buffalo Firefighter. I have since then been doing private end of life care . Although most of my experience has been with long term memory care. I have worked with patients with various needs at all stages. I am a reliable, fun, loving, optimistic, kind, and caring individual who is involved in her community and the proudest Mom, Wife and Nannie you will ever meet. I take great pride in what I do with my patients and their families as they face the next stages in life. I have a great sense of humor and try to use that to handle some of the hard moments as we get older. I do a little bit of everything around the house to help make life a little easier for everyone.

Amber is the best. She cared for my husband for three years through a difficult journey. She is loving, kind, compassionate, bright and cheery with a terrific sense of humor. Her care was meticulous thoughtful, knowledgeable, gentle - anything one could ask for. Amber is a great companion always seeking ways to engage and motivate my husband. We could not have gotten through these years without her. She is one of the family and we love her.
