I have 15+ years experience I ran in home daycare out of my home for 9 yrs. when your children are with me they will have lots of fun and will also learn I will do a daily schedule with arts and crafts I will as well have learning time, fun time as well as assist with potty training if needed. We had Amber as our private sitter for 2 years, pre-COVID (2018 - 2020). She was a part-time sitter for us, coming right before my husband went to work. She picked up our son from Preschool, took he and my daughter on trips (my husband has 4+ years of safe driving from FedEx so he's not just going to let ANYONE transport his kids), picked HER up from Preschool when she did it, engaged with them and loved them just as they were her own. She would do light housework along with helping with games and activities, as needed. She became family after a very short time. My children grew up (as they tend to do) and we kind of moved beyond necessity of needing a sitter but if we still needed her, she would be the first person we would call. Considering that gauging peoples' character is my career (recruiter), I can say without a doubt that Amber has a ton of it! She would be an amazing asset to anyone's family.
