Below are several past positions which include my experience in working with children. ~Disabled Youth Care Provider: As a care provider I participated in case reviews, consulting with the team caring for the client, to evaluate the client's needs and plan for continuing services. I transported client to locations outside the home, such as to physicians offices or on various outings. Provided client with communication assistance. Performed basic housekeeping duties, personal hygiene up keep, schoolwork assistance and everyday life. ~Department of Public Health and Human Services Position: Foster Care Transitional Service Provider: In this position I was guiding youth in the transition out of the Montana foster care system. This included helping youth obtain life skills needed to make a successful transition into adulthood through mentoring, housing placement, education and employment.
