About Amaya

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the lives of the families I support. With seven years of experience caring for children ages one through 11, I bring a patient, calm, and creative approach to every day. I have spent many summers in Early Childhood Education (ECE) as an assistant preschool teacher, and this background helps me engage children through educational games, puzzles, and outdoor sports. I hold First Aid Training and am very comfortable enforcing your household rules to ensure a consistent environment. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision. I prioritize your preferred communication method for daily updates, whether through texts or our end-of-day chats. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my reliable, imaginative care into your home and help your children thrive!
