About Amaya

COVID-19 vaccinated

I am a college student home for the summer. I have worked as a tutor in a learning centers for ages 3-15, as well as in students' homes. I also have special education experience where we work with campers to meet communication and goal setting skills. Additionally, I served as a peer tutor in high school for all subjects as well as organizational help. I am passionate about teaching and looking to get involved again while I am back in town. I have experience helping with everything from basic literacy and counting skills to advanced calculus and editing college applications.
