About Amaya

Hello, my name is Amaya. I am 19 years old, kind, genuine, and caring. I'm currently a second year nursing student. I enjoy spending time with children and learning their unique personality and skills. I appreciate an environment where there is clear communication and reasonable expectations. I began working with kids when I was 15. My aunt would always take care of me growing up. She took care of many children while also managing a store. Since I was the oldest, I'd step in and help her with the kids! I would watch her grandchildren for date nights or after daycare! In my spare time, I like to sing, learn new recipes, hangout with friends, go for walks and shop! I appreciate when parents leave lists of things for me to do or errands/tasks they may need me to complete. I enjoy having something to do at all times. I also wear my heart on my sleeve and believe being kind is important. My skills include patience, time management, and communication!
