About Amaya

Hello! My name is Amaya! I am a second-year student at Suffolk University studying Political Science. Although this is my second year at Suffolk, I am on an accelerated track and will be graduating this year! I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida, but I absolutely love Boston! I love exploring the city and have gotten to know it like the back of my hand! I have always loved being around children. As the oldest cousin in a very close-knit family, I have grown up helping take care of and spend time with younger family members. I was also raised in my mom's cupcake shops! Growing up around her businesses taught me so much about responsibility, communication, hard work, and treating people with kindness. I would love the opportunity to become a part of caring for your family and help create a fun, comfortable, and caring environment for your children.
