About Amari

I worked as a camp counselor for 3 years. I've watched about 15-30 kids from the ages 4-16 by myself. Kids, pets, and parents love me because I can guarantee safe fun. I speak English and I can understand Spanish but I have a harder time speaking it. I also speak some Mandarin and Japanese at a beginners level. I do have job working at Maryland's National-Capital Parks and Planning Commission as a graphic designer from 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Fortunately, it's remote so I can take my work with me. I do have transportation but my car is currently in the shop. I'm waiting on some parts but hopefully I'll have it by summer. I'd describe my personality as fun, cautious, cheerful. I started working with kids when I was 17 and took a break after I turned 20 because of my current job. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, draw, and learn new skills.
