Hello! My name is Amara and I am 19 years old, a second year, currently attending Old Dominion University in Norfolk VA where I'm pursing my undergraduate in Elementary Education. I am a 2021 graduate from Robinson Secondary School (Fairfax VA) and reside in Burke VA with my family (seasonally). My Experience: I tutor/assist my cousin in English work, tutor my grade school siblings in their math, was a TA my senior year of school to a special education class (observed, created lesson plans, executed the lesson plans, etc.), and currently work with Close Up Foundation as a tutor for students 7th-12th.
