About Amanda

While working as a nanny in High School, many of the families I worked with had dogs, whose sizes ranged from a short-haired chihuahua to a St. Bernard. I can provide dog sitting in your home, as well as drop in during the day to walk/feed them too. I have completed training programs with two pug puppies, so I am very experienced with training routines and am very happy to practice them. Additionally, I can bathe and lightly groom your dogs upon request. Growing up, I had my own Husky, and he really kick started my lifelong love for animals - I am super big on animal rights and have attended multiple NYC animal rights protests, volunteered at my local animal shelter, and completely changed my diet to a fully plant-based one. I'm active, playful, and energetic for the pups that love to play, but I can also be a warm and tender sitter for your older dogs. I am so excited to meet your furry friend!
