About Amanda
Experience: 20 yrs
Hello, I am Miss Amanda! I have held regular paid and volunteer childcare positions for over 20 years. I started in 2006 as an assistant volunteer teacher in the 2-year-old room at Raleigh Road Baptist Church on Wednesday nights and when I left this position in 2022 I was lead teacher for all of preschool. I have nannied for several families and for the past two years I have been the lead 2-year-old teacher at The Growing Tree in Wilson; a five star center. I have an active NC Child Care Criminal Background Check approval letter available. I love process over product activities and exploring art, music, literature, and science with the children.
