After caring for both of my grandparents before their passing I realized how neglected this group of citizens can be. Sometimes it's just having company to hear their stories while folding their laundry, or prepping food so can serve themselves later and still have that independence. I'm patient and just love helping however I can. I would also love to bring my 3-year-old along as much as possible. He is such a joyful little soul who also loves people and caring for pets.
