About Amanda

Hi! My name is Amanda, I am a 19-year-old who is eager to get back into taking care of kids. I got my first job at a daycare when I was 14 and have since been a nanny, house sat, dog sat, and babysat off and of since then. When I wasn't working with children I got a job as a welder in a fabrication shop, while that taught me extremely hard work I knew I couldn't do it forever. I am not currently a waitress at a retirement home but looking to make my way back into babysitting/ nannying :) Finding this website was amazing as I think this is exactly what I had been missing so much. I am an energetic, empathetic, responsible person excited to get back into taking care of children. Cooking and cleaning is no problem as I am used to getting my hands dirty :) I am comfortable taking care of the whole fam, I have lots of experience with toddlers 2-4 yrs old, love to take care of infants, always always enjoy working with older kids, and am more than happy to take care of any pets too !!!
