About Amanda

My name is Amanda but I go by Izzy; I am 21. I have worked with kids 4 months to 12 years old. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, nurturing, and patient. I like working with kids because of the joy I get from witnessing their curiosity and growth and the opportunity to see the world through their unique perspective. I am looking to expand my professional development and be a positive influence for the children. I started working with kids around the age of 7. In my spare time, I like to go outside, do yoga and watch my favorite shows. One thing you should know about me is that I believe in working closely with parents to understand their expectations and preferences, while also keeping them informed about their child's development and well-being. My skills include my ability to create engaging and educational activities. As well as providing a nurturing and safe environment where children feel comfortable and supported. I am very organized and have strong communication skills.
