Although I had plenty of applicants to choose from, I could not be happier with my decision to hire Amanda! She is an exceptional personal caregiver! I initially hired her to help in caring for an elderly relative who suffers from advanced stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. Amanda assists in his daily activities including bathing, toileting, feeding, cleaning, etc. She has also remained with this relative through his transition to hospice care. After this transition, Amanda was able to assist with operating a hoyer lift and hospital bed to improve his level of care. She also records detailed notes in his care book each shift she works. Most importantly, Amanda truly cares! She is friendly and compassionate, and significantly improved my relative's quality of life. Not only would I highly recommend Amanda's personal caregiver and companion services to any senior in need of personal care, but I would gladly hire her again without even thinking twice.
