Almost 16 years of experience as a professional nanny, household manager, and personal assistant. I have worked in full-time, part-time, temporary, rotational (two weeks on/two weeks off), overnight, and travel roles.

As a nanny, I support children from newborn through high school, managing daily care, activities, child related task only. As a household manager and personal assistant, I oversee staff coordination, schedules, travel, appointments, household operations, and day-to-day logistics to keep everything running smoothly.

I consider myself an extension of the parents-your extra set of trusted hands when you're not present. I am reliable, trustworthy, organized, and known for my can-do attitude, with a focus on making life fun for children and easier for families.

We got so lucky that Amanda was our first nanny!  She is a clear communicator which is something any new parent will appreciate.  She helped walk our kiddo through the introduction of solids and focused on developmentally friendly activities with him. Our child absolutely lit up everyday she came! 

Also Amanda always managed to get the best pictures of our little one to update us throughout the day!  

We highly recommend Amanda as she is an excellent child caregiver! 

Amanda is warm, fun and extremely competent. It's clear she has great experience and knows what she is doing. On our initial meet and greet, she answered all of our questions, and asked some good ones of her own. Our daughter instantly took to her, and my wife and I were able to enjoy our outing with peace of mind. We will definitely be hiring Amanda again!

I reached out to Amanda to see if she was a available for part time household manager/nanny help. She has been extremely helpful and patient with our toddler. We are very hands on and she has been respectful of our parenting style. Amanda schedules her time with us well in advance so I can plan my work schedule and other appointments. My son keeps asking for her on the weekends when she's not here!

Amanda babysat our two kids (ages 1 and 4).  She showed up early to understand the routine.  The kids loved her and she even organized my pantry as she heard me complaining about how messy it was!!  I highly recommend her!!

Amanda is such a huge asset to our family! She has been nannying for us on the weekends and sporadically as needed for several months now. Our 1 yr old adores her and she is so skilled at caring for our newborn - it is so comforting to not have to worry about a thing when our babies are in Amanda's capable hands. Not only is she a rock star with the kids, she is so helpful around the house and always takes it upon herself to leave not only the kids areas but our whole kitchen and living room cleaner than when she found it - from doing the dirty dishes, to stocking drinks in the fridge, to cleaning out grimy drawers - you name it and so long as she has free time while the kids are napping Amanda will take care of it, without you even having to ask. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

We recently hired Amanda to fill in for us throughout the month when we both work. She's on time, hands on with the kids, and they look forward to her coming over. We're excited and grateful to be working with her!

Amanda has been AMAZING! At first we did a meet and greet and she spent so much time getting our 1 yr old comfortable with her, playing, reading, etc. Our daughter has major separation anxiety and she immediately loved Amanda. We'll continue having her babysit for as long as she'll have us!!

She is great with our baby! She is dependable and will go the extra mile without being told! She is excellent!

Amanda has been a wonderful addition to our family! Right away, her warm and nurturing personality came out, which made it very easy for my 11 month old to warm up to her. Amanda is a natural caretaker - she quickly understood my son's routine and followed all instructions with ease. She keeps my son active, which is especially important as he is regularly hitting new milestones. We are so thankful to have Amanda care for our son on the evenings and weekends as needed. She will be our go to for as long as she'll have us! :)

Amanda was our go-to for childcare for several years. She is very dependable and can handle multiple kids and pets with ease. I absolutely trust her with my kids and highly recommend her.

I highly recommend Amanda for employment as a nanny.  We were new parents when we hired Amanda full of anxiety about finding someone to care for our daughter so we could go back to work. We were quickly comforted to see our daughter was in the experienced, capable, nurturing, and caring hands with Amanda. 

Amanda is very organized and extremely dependable.  With our daughter, Amanda went well beyond taking care of the all the basic needs.  Among other things, Amanda was great at reading books to our daughter, planning activities, going on outings, skillfully redirecting outbursts, and teaching responsibility (cleaning up toys, etc).  To this day the family has a special relationship with Amanda and keep in touch regularly.

We have had good nannies and we have had not so good nannies.  Amanda is a great nanny and a great person, and if it was not for geography and timing, we would hire her back in an instant.

When I was working, both my job and my husband's job was in healthcare as physicians. We simply couldn't not show up for work if we had a child care issue and so Amanda was perfect. She was extremely dependable and we never had to worry about her not being there when we needed her. She always had plans for the kids so that there wasn't a ton of down time for them to get immersed in screens/iPad/etc. I loved that she tried to make every day fun and a little unique. She was absolutely fabulous and the kids loved her - they still love her and look forward to times that she will come and visit us.

She was helpful for me as well - if the kids were in pre-K activities she would busy herself with the errands that I needed to run. She made my life tremendously easier!  If I hadn't stopped working, I would have never let her go!

Amanda has been such a blessing to our family. She is the most caring, dependable, attentive, and reliable nanny we have ever had. 
Amanda has been nanny to our youngest daughter (now 16 months old) and the primary babysitter for our 4 year old for the past 8 months. She has a kind and patient nature and is extremely loving with our girls.  In return, our girls absolutely adore her. 

I would love to keep Amanda full time, but my work schedule has changed and unfortunately we have to cut back on her hours.  

Her primary responsibilities for us included:
- Maintaining baby's daily routine: feedings (from preparing bottles to full meals), playtime, diaper changes, and naps
- Keeping nursery and big sister   s rooms tidy
- Laundry for both girls
- Keeping baby's toys clean and sanitized
- Giving baths to both girls when asked 
- Light housekeeping.

Amanda gladly comes early and/or stays late when I need her to, and accepts extra tasks around the house when asked.

I trust Amanda to drive my girls to their various activities; she is very conscientious and responsible.  She will text me to let me know when they are leaving and again when they have arrived safely.  This gives me tremendous peace of mind. 

Amanda has stayed with our girls overnight while we were out of town. She has also traveled with us during family vacations.

Any family with young children would be lucky to have Amanda as their nanny.

Amanda has been a blessing to our family!  She is reliable, competent and great with our little one.  Not only has she been a great care giver she is friendly, fun loving and easy to communicate with.  Amanda has met our expectations and followed through with our child's needs/schedule.  We have used other care givers in the past, but none have met our expectations as well as Amanda has.  Very happy with her and would highly recommend her to other families.

Amanda has been an excellent caregiver for both my infant son and 3-year old daughter, who is VERY energetic and often challenging.  Amanda has always been up to that challenge while still being supportive and nurturing.  She is a hard worker and manages to care for the children, help out with laundry and dishes, and adapt to changing requests.  She would pick up and drop of my daughter at preschool, make the kids' meals, and even jumped right in when I decided to switch to cloth diapers.  She is very intuitive and knows how to "read" babies. 

We will still call on her for occasional needs, but since I am quitting my job to stay home with the kids, we will no longer need her regularly.  It is a lucky family that gets her next.

Amanda was a joy to have in our home and around our son. She started caring for my son when he was just 8 weeks old. He is my first child and it was a challenging transition for me to return to work. Amanda made the transition so much easier for me. I never worried about my son's well-being or happiness during our separation. 

Amanda was always early or on-time in the morning and was willing to stay "late" for us due to traffic or work responsibilities. She also watched our son  on occasional weekend nights. 

She constantly kept me notified of how my son was doing during the day via text or phone call. She also sent me pictures of him playing and smiling :)

The only reason she is not with our family anymore is my mother decided to start watching my son full time. I cried when I had to part ways with Amanda. She WILL BE the first call I place for babysitting needs. 

Any family that has the privilege to have Amanda care for their children will forever be blessed! Your children will be loved, cared for and protected while you're away.

We love you Amanda and are so glad you'll forever be a part of our family!
