About Amanda

I'm a caregiver who's passionate about helping children grow and develop. I have more than six years of experience caring for children of all ages, and I'm comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I'm patient, calm, creative, and friendly, and I love playing games with children, both educational and fun. My educational background includes a college degree, and I have completed coursework in early child development. I'm also First Aid and CPR trained. I believe communication is key, so I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, either through verbal communication at pickup or regular text or phone call updates. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and household rules. I have a car, I'm comfortable with pets, and I'm willing to help with meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, errands and travel.
