About Amanda

Hi, I'm Amanda! I have loved working with children all my life! My childcare journey began around 10 years ago volunteering with infants. Since then, I have worked as a full-part time nanny, gymnastics coach, and Montessori elementary educator. In addition, I've spent 13-months in North Africa teaching English to toddler and elementary ages. I recently graduated with a BA in Montessori Education and am completing my MACTE certification. Currently, I'm a part-time Montessori Elementary Lead teacher at a private school in Roseville. My approach to working with children includes paying attention to their wholistic socio-emotional, physical, and intellectual development. I do this by following the child's excitement and innate desire to discover the world around them while simultaneously guiding them towards creative, fun, and healthy paths! I am filled with passion and love for working with all ages and abilities and would love to serve your family!
