About Amanda

Hi! I'm Mandy, a dedicated childcare professional with a BS in Kinesiology and over 5 years post college experience working with children in educational and private home settings. I spent 3 years as a PK-2nd grade physical education teacher before transitioning into full-time nannying, where I've spent the past two years serving families as a nanny, mother's helper, and house manager. I strive to create safe, engaging, and nurturing environments where children can learn, explore, and thrive. I enjoy encouraging independence, being active, time outdoors, reading, and creating learning opportunities through everyday experiences. I believe strong communication, reliability, and consistency are the foundation of a successful partnership with families. While I hope to open my own home daycare in the future, I currently love building lasting relationships with families as a full-time nanny.
