About Amanda

Hello! I have over 8 years of childcare experience. I have worked as Preschool teacher and I have completed my education and have a degree in psychology and a degree in child and adolescent development. I am a mother of a 6-year-old girl so I have first hand parenting experience. I have worked with a handful of children over the past 8 years from a variety of different ages ( newborn-12 years of age). I enjoy engaging children in hands on activities and play, and am very familiar with the Montessori approach. I have also worked in a child care facility at the Youth Program for over a year and enjoyed the experience with the wide age range of children at the center.
