About Amanda

I am a 40-year-old mother of two. I have been in the human services field officially since I was 18 years old! I have cared for all types of ages, disabilities and diagnoses. I have worked in all types of settings from group homes, in home care to nursing facilities. I am a certified Med Tech as well as CPR and BLS certified. I'd describe my personality as compassionate, honest and hardworking I like caring for seniors because there is so much to learn from them. As well I feel caregiving helps us foster a deeper sense of gratitude by reminding us that every day is an opportunity for kindness, compassion, and love. I started caring for seniors when I was a child helping to take care of my grandparents! I have continued ever since!!! In my spare time, I like to spend time with family & friends! One thing you should know about me is that I will treat your loved one with respect, dignity and as if they were my own family member!
