Hi, families! I am excited that you chose to click on my profile! There are a lot of choices for good tutors on this site. Please allow me to let you know a little bit about myself. I am currently working full time at a private middle/high school as an Educational Support Specialist. In this role, I support students who require special attention in all subjects, and I also work with them to help fill in holes in their educational background, support them in their current educational walk, and help them learn new skills that enhance/increase their ability to perform as a student. I currently work with students on the autism spectrum, RAD, ODD, ADD, ADHD, Language Processing Disorder, and students who need help learning to set goals, take notes, prioritize time, track assignments, and stay organized, to name a few. I teach "Verbalization and Visualization," "Zones of Regulation," "SOAR,"and a remedial math class. Overall, I love making connections and encouraging others to be their best

Having Amanda as a care taker for our children is a blessing. My husband and I often joke that our kids are in better care with her than with us! She is very detailed, caring and genuine. She engages with our children and goes above and beyond every single visit. Anyone would be lucky to have her care for their children as well. I would recommend Amanda 100%!
