About Amanda

My mom tells me that it was very early on in life that she knew I had a special, caring, empathetic heart. This has been evident in the ways I have cared for others throughout my life, starting when I was still a child. My first babysitting gig was when I was just 10 years old. Since then, my experience is vast, covering ages 0-18+, including children of normal development, special needs, and many backgrounds. My experience includes babysitter, daycare center, Sunday school teacher, camp counselor, regular ed teacher, special ed (pre-K, elementary, middle and high school) special ed tutor, nanny (including twins), coach, in-home daycare provider (0-6 years old) and mother. It is evident that I have an abundance of experience working with children of all ages and backgrounds. I am excited to see with whom I am next able to share my loving and empathetic spirit!
