Mandy is very mature and communicative for her age. She will communicate if she’s running late, or simply to confirm. She’s professional and takes her job seriously. You can tell she has an interest in education/teaching by the way she interacts with the kids. It comes so naturally to her! She’s also friendly, a great influence and my kids adore her!
