Amanda works for us right now and is just fantastic. From a tactical standpoint, she is punctual and flexible - willing to accommodate our changing hours. She is also just a joy. Really cares about my dad and works to engage him both physically and mentally to keep him motivated and strong - bringing joy to his life in his final years. We are so lucky to have her help.
