About Amanda

I'd describe my personality as cheerful, ambitious, and compassionate. I like working with animals because they give you unconditional love. You can form these incredible bonds with them unlike any human. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be around animals and taking care of them, making them feel happy whether that be walks, training, treats, a long nap, or lots and lots of snuggles. I started working with animals when I got my first dog at 18. I've worked in animal hospitals and also at doggy daycares. I've also had my own doggy daycare where we went on long hikes in Texas. The dogs were always exhausted with the biggest smiles on their face. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my dogs, take them to the beach, hikes/long walks. One thing you should know about me is I have a really big heart, especially for animals. I have a lot of compassion for them. My skills include awareness of their needs, exercising the animals, and knowledge of animal behavior
