About Amanda

Hi, my name is Mandy and I have a passion for working with kids! I worked at the SDSU children's center for 7 months and gained a lot of experience working with infants to 5-year-olds, but spent the majority of my time working with 2 and 3-year-olds. I can proficiently change diapers, prepare kid-friendly meals, help children fall asleep, and/or go down for nap time. One of my strongest attributes is my ability to provide fun entertainment such as games and crafts, as I had to create my own weekly curriculum for my 2-3-year-old students. I am excited to share more activities with older age groups as well. I have a big imagination and can easily immerse myself in a child-like setting and mindset while still practicing good discipline habits. I also have a car and consider myself a very safe driver with no accident record. If you are interested in any help around the house and with your kids please reach out!
