I have experience in dementia and Alzheimer's. I also have experience with hospice patients. I provide companionship as well as cleaning, bathing assistance, changing, transfers, and meal prep. I can also provide a diabetic meal plan if needed. I have full coverage insurance as well as a reliable vehicle and clean driving record (I can obtain proof from the dmv if required) so I can do grocery shopping and errands as well as accompany the client to and from appointments.
