About Amanda

I'm looking for a job that is either part time or full time. I am excited to get to know you and your family. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old spending my summers and after school hours babysitting and nannying. When I went to college I got many different jobs but always found a way to work with kids in some capacity. I went back to school to get my education degree and worked in schools for four years before starting my own business. I have been a youth group leader and worked VBS at our church in the past few years as well. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband and our dog. We are currently renovating a farmhouse and have spent lots of nights and weekends working on home projects. I enjoy getting outside and hiking, kayaking, and growing flowers in our garden. I am also a big crafter so I will enjoy doing crafts with your kiddos. My skills include helping teach littles to read, patient and calm, and being very creative.
