About Amanda

My first job out of high school was as an activity assistant in a retirement home, and I quickly found a passion for working with seniors. I found myself especially connecting with people living with Alzheimer's and dementia. I went on to work in a memory care facility, where I spent time visiting one-on-one with residents. I became fascinated by how aging affects the brain, which led me to study psychology. Since then, I've moved into in-home care, and I love it. The one-on-one setting lets me build a more personal connection with each person I care for. I'm warm, curious, and focused on each person's individual needs. I know that finding care for a loved one can be a difficult decision, and I want to make the transition as easy as possible for you and your family.
