She charged $180 for first time deep clean which ended up being barely a basic clean. She does not know how to clean. She refused to come to my home for us to address some special concerns. She became arrogant. She folded the sheets by wading up the fitted sheet. She left all the dirt in the vacuum bin, she left the dirty steam pads still on the cleaner, she placed a bathroom toilet mat on a shelf of clean towels, she didn’t clean around a recliner as there was a paper napkin half way under it. The sink and rim were icky brown gummy. I really need my money refunded because Care.com obvious didn’t vet her skills— not many. I’m angry. I’m a recent widow on a fixed income and I have cancer, I really needed the help but not like this.
