Besides the experience I have working with elderly/sick people, I also took care of my Granny, Dad, and Mom when they were sick with terminal illnesses. I take care of a friends 1-year-old 2 days a week, which changes weekly as she is a nurse. I do know what days of the week I am available a month ahead. I would love to help take care of your family!
