About Amalia

I'm an experienced caregiver based in the Greater Boston area with a strong background supporting infants and young children and their families. I've worked as both a postpartum and birth doula, as well as a nanny, so I have hands-on experience with newborn care, feeding support, sleep routines, and early development. I hold a BA in Sociology and Public Health and an MA in Bioethics from NYU, and I am currently pursuing my MPH in Maternal and Child Health at Boston University. I genuinely love working with babies and young kids--childcare brings me joy, energy, and a deep sense of purpose. My approach is warm, attentive, and holistic, and I focus on creating a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment for both children and parents. In my free time, I love trying new recipes, spending time with family, enjoying the outdoors, reading, and playing the cello.
