About Amaiah

Hello There! I started working with kids when my cousins started have children and their friends would ask me to babysit. I initially started babysitting a 6-month-old which led up to me eventually being able to receive more babysitting gigs. Helping me decide to become an early childhood educator major! I have worked in a child development center where I was in charge of 12, 3-year-olds in my community. It was such a rewarding job and great experience during community college! I'm very interactive with the kids and interested in knowing what the child is intrigued by. Through these interests I find activities that challenge them, expanding their knowledge about various topics. I am CPR certified and have a credentialing in preschool and infancy care. I have an associates in studio art and love to include any art activities to my work as well. I hope that I can help you and your family in any way I can!
