About Alyssa

I'm Alyssa! I work full-time in Sac, and am joining care because I miss working with kids. I have experience with infants to late teens, and kids with special needs. I have been an assistant pre-k teacher, a camp counselor, and now a big sister with BBBS Sacramento. I'm fine with pets, but may charge for additional services. I have two cats at home, in case you or your kids are allergic. I like working with kids because of their unbridled joy for life! They still get excited about small things and are curious and want to learn. I love doing fun activities! Dancing, kitchen table science experiments, the zoo, you name it! If your child is more relaxed, I can always bring a book and chill out! I started working with kids in 5th grade. I got my first paid babysitting job in 7th grade, and was with that family until I graduated high school. We just bought our first home, so lately I'm painting and unpacking, but as it gets warmer, I love to go outside and read. I also love road trips!
