Unfortunately after an in person interview, introducing Alyssa to my daughter and welcoming her into my home, we hired Alyssa and she never showed up for our mutually agreed upon start date, she never responded to any texts or phone calls after visiting our home. We were disappointed as it seemed like a potential good fit for our family. I hope everything is okay with her and her family but we will not continue to pursue this babysitter for lack of respect and communication.
