About Alyssa

Being the eldest of 7 siblings, whom I have taken care of my whole life, has really molded me into the kid loving person I am today. I also have been a nanny previously where I took care of children for a couple years at a time. I have background experience working for a daycare for a few years. With three kids of my own; my knowledge, patience and ability to teach has grown tremendously. That is why I took a teaching job for pre-K. My degree in Psychology has helped me grow into understanding the needs and wants of children. Although I do love my job at this moment I sadly had to leave because of scheduling conflict that was taking a toll on my family. I love children and am very good at getting children to work on education, mannerisms and even everyday life skills. I am CPR/ First aid certified, TB tested and background check cleared, as well! Alyssa was great! Our son loved her right away, and he's normally so shy. She knew exactly how to get him to play happily so he actually napped for once!!! We will definitely continue working with her.
