About Alyssa

Hi, my name is Alyssa. I am an energetic and creative jack of all trades but have found my greatest passion in childcare. Having worked as a CNA, a tutor, a teen mentor, a babysitter, and a codirector and counselor for teen leadership camps, my range of skills make for a fun learning and play environment for children of all ages. I graduated Summa Cum Laude with my bachelors in international business, and spent much of my time in school tutoring other college students. In addition to tutoring and caring for friends' and neighbors' children of all ages over the years, I also helped raise my niece and nephew (now 8 and 3). As a professional hula hooper, clown, and fire dancer, I am always looking for a fun way to spend the day with the children in my care. From the library to the park, to museums and arts and crafts, we find new and exciting ways to bring joy and growth every day!
