Alyssa came in for interview. She shared that she has extensive experience with a 3 yr old. I told her that I would like to test her out to see if she is a great fit for my son as this is a guaranteed income and a long term position. We scheduled a sitting day and the following day, she sent a message she can no longer help me. I’m not sure if what she claims to be is accurate but respecting a parent’s time is very big to me. Unfortunately, she doesn’t understand that.
