About Alyssa

I'd describe my personality as patient, loving, understanding I enjoy watching them grow and learn new things. I have had a passion for babies and kids since I was one myself. The college hours I do have are child development and ASL and I have a baby of my own. I'm looking for a job that is flexible because I will have to have my son as well as the child I am caring for. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. I babysat for family friends, I eventually worked for businesses starting at 18. In my spare time, I like to hang out with my son. We go on walks, go shopping, go to the park, watch movies on the couch. One thing you should know about me is I am very understanding and flexible to your wants as a parent. I truly believe that even though you are not there, the person caring for your child should practice "parenting" your child the way you do. Consistency is key. My skills include problem solving, compromise, and keeping the child entertained and engaged.
