About Alyssa

I'm a friendly and creative caregiver with three years of experience. I am a student athlete for the women's basketball team at UCSB. I am willing and able to train/play different sports and activities. I train children 7-16 in basketball. I'm skilled in engaging children through imaginative play, and I especially enjoy playing outdoor sports and board games. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and will follow their preferred method of communication. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring the children are in a safe and nurturing environment. With a car and First Aid Training, I can provide a reliable and capable childcare service. I'm available to care for two children, aged six and above. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and supervising swimming activities.
