About Alyssa
Experience: 6 yrs
Hello, my name is Alyssa! I have a masters degree in occupational therapy. I spend a large majority of my time organizing group events for high school aged kids, and when thats out of season I counsel elementary-middle school aged children at a sleep-away summer camp. I have 6 years paid experience working with babies and toddlers as well in a day care setting and in the homes of families. I'm seeking part-time work opportunities while I study for my board exam and seek full-time positions as an OT!
Most recent review
Alyssa is probably one of the most reliable people I have known. We were in need of sitters last year for a wedding at our church and Alyssa immediately jumped up to help. She is excellent at deescalating stressful situations for kids and meeting them where they mind is at. You can see the passion she has towards children and making sure they are understood and their needs have been met!
