I have over 10 years of experience as a CPR/First Aid-certified babysitter, nanny, & educator, working with a variety of children with ages ranging from newborn to preteen. I'd be happy to provide more details & background if you're interested. I can also supply references from families that I've worked with in the past. In addition to childcare, I am willing to perform light household duties. I'm open to discussing cleaning/cooking/etc expectations. I have experience teaching in a preschool & kindergarten setting, including foreign language instruction. I have experience tutoring elementary, middle, & high school subjects, including math, English, Spanish, science, history, & reading. I've also worked with students who are emergent bilinguals & students who have been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, & PTSD. I do not smoke, I am comfortable with pets, & I have a safe vehicle & a clean driving record & background check.

Alyssa is outstanding! She kept my then 3 month old daughter full days M-F for over 2 months. Alyssa was timely, nurturing, engaging, and followed our daily schedule. She responded quickly when I checked in during the day and reached out with any concerns. My daughter was happy in her care. I highly recommend Alyssa. She is a trustworthy person and made my transition back to work following maternity leave much easier.
