About Alyssa

I've been babysitting for families since I was 13 years old. I have baby sat/nannied for children ages 3 months to 7 years old. My junior year of high school I was a nanny for a family in Brookfield for a 6-year-old and 2-year-old. My duties were to pick the children up from school/daycare, drive them to after school activity's, cook them dinner and feed them snacks, help with homework, clean the house (do and put away laundry, vacuum, do dishes, clean windows etc.) and just in general keep the kids entertained and happy. More experience that I have is I used to voulenteer for Milwaukee public schools at Morgan Dale elementary school for the first grade class. In the classroom I would work in small groups for reading and writing, help the children with projects, grade homework and tests and help move them from classroom to classroom. I'm actually in college right now to become an elementary school teacher at UW Milwaukee! I've always loved working with children.
